Celeri now integrates with Entrata
At Celeri, we're always looking for ways to make life easier for property managers. While it’s clear that fraud is a growing problem in the industry, some operators may be hesitant to add a standalone tool outside of their property management system.
With our new integration, properties that use Entrata can now leverage Celeri's AI-powered fraud detection solution seamlessly alongside Entrata's application and tenant screening system. This coupling streamlines the screening process and empowers property managers to make more informed decisions while saving time and mitigating fraud.How It Works
- Document Collection: Prospective renters complete their applications through Entrata, as they normally would. Upon submitting their application, prospects receive an email from Celeri with a customized link where they can upload their proof of income documents.
- Fraud Analysis: Celeri's document upload portal ensures that documents are uploaded in the right format and in accordance with the property’s specific requirements. Once the documents are submitted, our detection engine analyzes them in seconds for signs of fraud.
- Data Push: Property managers receive email notifications, allowing them to review the findings promptly. The results of the document detection are pushed back into Entrata into the application activity log.

The traditional out-of-the-box screening methods (credit, background, and eviction history check) are no longer enough.
